Write Your Testimony

Write your testimony using the Before, How, Now pattern. Aim for three hundred to five hundred words, or about three minutes if you read it aloud.

• Before: What was your life like before Christ?
• How: How did God bring you to himself?
• Now: What is different because you belong to him?

A pastor will read it, may suggest a gentle edit, and will talk it through with you before the baptism service. This is not a test. It is a gift you are preparing to give the church.
